+ Nice pool area

− We arrived around 10am and asked for early chicken but the reception employee refused and said we have to come back afternoon or pay for early check-in so we came back around 1:05pm and they said we have two give them five star rating at another website in order to get 55 minutes early check-in, which was very rude and not professional at all All twin bed rooms are actually one king size bed with two mattresses underneath, and you have to push them apart if you want twin beds wich is very disappointing, cause it's made the room even more smaller than it already is

Pleasant

+ Location was really good, the size of the room is big enough, there was a balcony and clothes drying rack, fridge, hair dryer.

− The room was dirty. We didn’t have electricity for a whole day. The gym could be bigger.

Basic hotel in a good location, rude staff

+ Good location, local to most things but far enough away from the party side of Patong. Spa was very nice

− Very basic, our door wouldn’t close in our room so a little loud on the balcony side of the bed. Staff were rude and unhelpful during our stay and upon check out tried to charge us for mini fridge even though we hadn’t used anything. Pool bar was never open either.

Ripoff

+ The staff was nice. Especially the security guard outside. The room was good with a small kitchen.

− Extremely expensive, location near a big mosque was a bit noisy at all hours. I was charged for a pizza I didn't order. A towel hook in the bathroom was loose and fell down on a drinking glass that shattered andat first they were going to charge me for breaking the glass. Breakfast was not good. Cold spaghetti was served one morning. None of the world clocks in the lobby showed the right time, very irritating. Our room was good but had no utensils or plates in the kitchen area. All in all a ripoff.

This hotel is really great with nice staff, clean rooms and good facilities.

+ My mother and I went on a trip together and stayed at this hotel. The staff of the hotel were extremely enthusiastic and professional. The room was very clean, and the hardware facilities were quite good. What's more, my electric toothbrush that I left behind in the hotel was properly kept, which allowed me to successfully retrieve it.

Stay was really good value for money

+ Location is good near some halal food restaurants breakfast also good have different varieties.

− They have a good small kitchen but without dishes u have to request and put a deposit.

Very Good

+ Our experience overall about the hotel was positive. The pool area is really nice, the breakfast had a good variety. The beach is in walkable distance.
