Overall, the price value the surface that i had received
+ The location is perfect a lot of shops surrounding outside the hotel and a lot of nightclubs. The people who are working at the front desk, the receptions are very helpful and and treating the guests so nicely specially ayse , anna and baris who helped me to change my room which was in a very noisy location. Also tose who are working at the restaurant were so nice like asli and abdalwahab.
− My first room was in a very noisy location in the resort just close to the clubs outside and the sound was so loud till 3 AM. Could not sleep. The beds mattress was not comfortable and overused. There was a groove in the middle that make sleep is so uncomfortable.in bot rooms i stayed

+ Staff is very helpful, location is great. Food was good.
− Need more sun loungers in the pool and beach area. Also a shower needed in beach as you want to rinse off after swimming and nearest shower in the pool.

+ Staff is very kind, helpful and friendly apart from the reception. They allow you to use the property and all perks even after check out the day of check out
− Beds were really uncomfortable. Food was almost meeting the standards. Also they gave us the room 30 mins later than the actual check in time.

Very good and comfortable stay.
+ I have stayed here twice both times with my better half. The food is amazing, facilities are good and rooms are comfortable. location is prime. lots of shopping just outside the resort.
− drinks are not good at all. they use syrups and not juices which ruins the taste. rooms are not well maintained. blankets looked old and had marks. I had to pay extra 2 euros per day for the locker inside my room, this was not a good gesture. Also I had to pay refundable deposit of 10 euro extra for each towel.

− You couldn’t get a pool chair because people got up early and put towels on chairs and left- to reserve the chairs for the whole day! They should remove any towels from chairs that have been left for an hour!

− The bed was not comfortable, no internet in the room, and there were problems with the shower in the bathroom.

Very Good
+ - Room was very clean and we had a nice view, AC worked great, Bathroom was also great and very clean. - Dishes/food was amazing, great variety of Turkish cuisine and there is also bbq. We were very pleasant of what we have eaten there. There was also a lot of different meze, which goes great with Turkish raki. - Employees were very helpful at any time we needed their support.
− - If this is your only place of vacation to swim, this isn't it. Beach is shallow for a long distance, if you want to go deeper there is a lot of seaweed. I didn't like it in general. Pools are also super crowd (There are 3 in total) - The place Hotel is placed in is very noisy, and it was very crowd, I mean the hotel was super packed, we were unable to find sunbeds (in pool areas), dinner area is also very tight most of the times. - I didn't like the cocktails.
