Disappointing Experience Despite a Great Location.
+ The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient.
− The hotel was not particularly clean, and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property, which was especially disappointing considering that our room was clearly marked as *non-smoking*. The most unpleasant part of our stay was the attitude of the receptionist, *Rustam. He was extremely rude and unprofessional you can see it while he was talking. At checkout, he insisted that we leave **exactly at 12:00*, repeatedly making it clear that not even five additional minutes would be allowed. He also came to the room and knocked the door and reminded us to leave on time. There was absolutely no courtesy or flexibility in the way he spoke to us. Good customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very negative impression. The location is excellent, but the cleanliness, cigarette smell, and particularly the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist need significant improvement. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
