The hosts, Elcin and his colleague, were polite and professional in their interactions. We trust that the above concerns
+ The property is quite spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a private kitchen and separate bedroom and living area, which adds a great deal of comfort and convenience. This setup makes it a practical and enjoyable option for both short and longer stays in Baku, offering a more homely and relaxed experience compared to standard accommodations.
− There was a persistent issue with the central heating system due to apparent gas shortages. Every second day, the heaters would abruptly shut down displaying an “Error F7,” particularly during the night. This left the apartment extremely cold and uncomfortable, significantly resulting in us catching flu. The lack of consistent heating also meant that the hot water ran out mid-shower, suddenly turning freezing cold. Additionally, the bathroom lights were faulty from day one, constantly flickering and indicating poor maintenance, creating an ambiance of a horror movie. The WiFi connection also stopped working from the 4th to the 5th day. After multiple requests, the owner informed us it was due to non-payment and later resolved it, yet it did cause us significant inconvenience as Azercell signals were unavailable within the premises. Overall, these issues reflect a serious lack of basic amenities and upkeep, which greatly impacted our stay. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appropriately addressed.
