+ I would say the best place to stay in terms of Value for money, comfort, mind-blowing Infinity pool on the 64th floor with a great Burj Khalifa view., great restaurants, free parking very central - walkable for the Business Bay Metro if you are not using a car. Eyad made our stay really comfortable by letting us check in early. We had a long flight and long layover and we were very tired. My kids especially were very tired so when we entered the apartment they went straight to the beds and slept the whole day and night. When they woke up the next day they said that the beds were phenomenal. The view from the balcony was spectacular, you could see the Burj Khalifa from your left, you could listen to super cars race by All the time and because the apartment was on the 47 floor it was cool to look down and see the cars driving by. In total it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön wenn man das mit der Klimaanlage auslässt.

+ Die Unterkunft ist in einer perfekten Location um Dubai zy erleben.

− Die Klimaanlage in den kleinen Schlafzimmer hat kaum funktioniert und das ist in Dubai nicht gerade angenehm. Das Parkhaus ist extrem eng so das nicht jeder da parken kann.

+ I don't like the property

− I am writing to formally complain about a highly unsatisfactory experience during my recent reservation at Paramount Midtown. My original reservation was for a two-bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, I was informed that our reservation had been inexplicably changed to a three-star apartment, which was a significant downgrade from what I booked. To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay additional money for this inferior accommodation. This situation was completely unacceptable and caused immediate distress. When I raised these issues, I encountered significant resistance. The situation escalated to the point where I felt it necessary to request assistance from the embassy. Only after this request were we finally allowed to enter the premises. However, the problems did not end there. Despite my reservation for a two-bedroom unit, we were subsequently offered a one-bedroom apartment. This was a clear attempt to provide us with less than what we had paid for and reserved. When I protested this further downgrade, the staff then attempted to force us out of the property entirely. This entire experience was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. The unannounced downgrade of our reservation, the demand for more money, the initial refusal to honor our booking, and the subsequent attempts to offer a smaller unit and then remove us from the property demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism and customer service. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
