Exceptional location and amenities, yet unpolished service and nighttime disturbances prevented a perfect stay.
+ I loved the hotel's facilities, unique location, incredible design, stunning aroma, heated pool, cable car to the city, and golf courses. I especially appreciate the hotel's tranquility and tranquil atmosphere.
− The staff is somewhat unprofessional; they need to be more tactful and do their job better. This applies to both the receptionists and the concierges. I should also note that when going out onto the balcony late at night, you could hear guests shouting loudly on the phone or children arguing, which was very disturbing and spoiled the peaceful atmosphere for other guests. The hotel should institute a rule requiring guests to remain quiet on the balconies after 11:00 PM. I also didn't like the lack of feminine hygiene products in the bathroom, such as pads and tampons.
