Great location and views shame the room was dated
+ The location was amazing and great for my business trip as I could get to all my meetings via metro and taxi
− The room is not exactly like the photos and was a lot more dated and worn then it seems in the photo and I was not thrilled I had to give a cash deposit which I will incur charges for taking the money out and I will not get the same amount when I deposit back in to my account.

Great sized space, just smellt odd and was a bit weird to check in.
+ Great big sized apartment with big bathroom and two balconies. Pool was in the shade in the afternoon. Location was great, right near the mall.
− It had a bit of a smell of dirty pipe/ damp carpet, wasn’t the worst smell but very noticeable each time you came to room. The housekeeping crew noticed it when they came to make up the second bed and sprayed something that masked it for a bit but not for long. It was a bit confusing to find P10 where we had to check in (this rental doesn’t do check in at the lobby).

− For cabs you couldn’t book Uber or Careem had to walk till Dubai mall. Of course checkout was a bit tedious.

+ The location for sure! And I liked that I was personally greeted upon arrival by a lovely host called Nabil and I was able to access him on what’s app at anytime. This made the experience very personal and he would answer all my questions.

One the best views in town
+ The view from the studio is amazing, although you can't see the fountain side. The bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. Dispite super heavy traffic outside, the noise was not that loud thanks for good quality windows/balcony doors. There is free parking available at the Dubai Mall parking but dedicated and secured area.
− Findings the place and checking is a bit challenging since it's not a hotel but they do provide you with a mobile number of a person who assists you from A to Z. While there was everything you need in the kitchen, there was no sponge/cloth/dish soap or anything to wash dishes with... No chairs/table on the balcony as shown on photos.
