− Personal behavior was bad and they didn't clean the room every day and the room was very dirty and the facilities were broken The toilet was very dirty and the blanket was very very dirty .

The staff at office was very unprofessional and childish.

+ Distance to beach walk. Washing machine.

− they don't tell you which apartment of their huge list you get and which non view you get. They lie to you that they don't know but they could know. The only thing which might be true is that people could do flexible checkout and pay per hour more. If you get an apartment, which is highly likely, inside view to the other tower, there is a huge construction going on all day.. Moreover, check-in is in tower A and if you get a better room , what they told me, in tower C, they don't tell you. So don't go up the elevator with all your luggage and wait in lobby A at least one person if you aren't alone. Moreover reception is super unfriendly. Then there are full blackout curtains. Only half the windows has blackouts. Who did this? The excuse themselves with that this would be in all apartments like this. I doubt it. They don't bring you a cloth rack even if you have a washing machine and you requested it several times. They ignore your request. Amateurs. Just worth it for a few nights max with no expectations.

Stay away.

+ One of the receptionists was good and tried to help. Nothing else.

− Check-in is confusing. You arrive at the ground floor reception, they send you to the reception on the 15th floor, then you have to go back down to the ground floor to activate your card before you can go to your room. There’s no parking, and no help understanding the parking rules in the area. I booked a studio with two rooms, but on arrival they said it was flooded and moved me to two separate rooms. The room looks clean at first, but it isn’t. The sofa and bed are stained. I asked to change rooms and they refused. Then at night I found there was only one curtain, so there was no privacy. The blanket had stains that looked like blood or faeces. The handrail in the shower came off the wall as soon as I held it, which is dangerous. I showed the staff pictures and complained. A receptionist wrote it down and said she’d tell the boss, but that didn’t help my case at all. When I asked for a refund, they said no because the managers were out of the country.

A very unpleasant experience. The apartment did not meet the conditions stated in the booking.

− The apartment was booked and confirmed with two bedrooms, but upon arrival, this type of accommodation was not available. In addition, there were bedbugs in the room, making it impossible to sleep.

Orbi raised price twice a day of my arrival

− Very bad experience. On the day of our arrival, they suddenly raised the price from $350 to $500 and just told us that we had to pay more. They refused to honor our booking. We arrived at night with two babies and a lot of luggage and had nowhere to stay. We had to find another place and pay extra for accommodation and transportation. Very stressful and disappointing.

− By far the worst property I have ever stayed at. This was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Customer service and staff: The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Messages sent via WhatsApp were ignored, and when we did receive responses, the staff were not helpful. Room and booking: I specifically booked a room advertised with a sea view, but I was not given a sea-view room. Upon arrival, I was told there was a “problem” with the room and that they were trying to resolve it. While checking in, I met another guest who had booked the exact same type of room and had also been given the same explanation. This made me seriously question whether the advertised sea-view rooms are actually available as described. There was also no Wi-Fi in the room, despite this being an important advertised facility. Condition of the property: The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The beds felt as though they were on the verge of breaking. The sofas were filthy, old and badly worn. The shower was in very poor condition and appeared to be falling apart. Overall, the room and furnishings were nowhere near the standard I expected from the property listing. Payment: On arrival, we were told that payment could not be made by card and that we had to pay in cash. We were also presented with a price that did not match what we expected based on the booking. This was extremely concerning and should have been made clear before arrival. The building: The property is extremely large and overcrowded. Using the lifts was a nightmare. It could take an unreasonable amount of time just to get into a lift, and getting out of the building could take even longer. We found ourselves having to leave the room around 30 minutes earlier than necessary simply to allow enough time to get a lift and exit the building. Overall, this property felt extremely poorly managed and overcrowded.

I love Batumi. But I'll try another property for my stay next time

− When boarding my plane heading for Batumi I've got email that price of my apartment was doubled. No one in the property could have explained me why (((( Half of drawers were broken. No decent cutlery. Kettle is broken. Towels and bed clothes are grey and shabby. Holes in upholstery of chairs etc etc
