Perfect view and location, worth the money you pay.

+ The location was perfect, seasides view as well. Awesome terrace view from both the room and the kitchen. The hotel feels more like a hostel, so you won't meet any staff or reception. You'll get codes and need to put money to the safe via the slot. So if it's ok for you, choose this location.

− The room was really tired. My refrigerator started making a strange noise in the middle of the night, so I turned it off and moved my supplies to the guest kitchen refrigerator. The furniture on the terrace was also tired. But if you don't care about this and prefer the location near the center it's you'r choice.

+ Everything was fine. The hotel upgraded our rooms to suite-level accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean. The view of the city was simply wonderful.

The worst hotel in the world

− Very disappointing experience — not as expected We booked this accommodation for 2 nights, but left shortly after arriving because the actual condition of the property was unacceptable. When we arrived, there was no reception or hotel staff. We were given access codes via WhatsApp and told to go to the 15th floor, where our room was supposed to be located. There was no visible reception or staff at the property. We were then told that payment had to be made in cash because card payment was supposedly not possible. We were instructed to withdraw cash from an ATM and put the cash into a deposit box/safe in the building, which was designed somewhat like a cash collection box. We were also asked to make a video showing ourselves putting the banknote into the box, with the identification number/code printed on the banknote clearly visible in the video. This payment procedure seemed very unusual to us, so we decided not to proceed with the payment. The room itself was also in very poor condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell, the bathroom was dirty and old, and basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were missing. There was only one bar of soap. The bedding was particularly concerning. Part of the duvet cover appeared to have simply been cut with scissors, and we found other people's hair on the bed. We documented the condition with photos and video and sent them to the administrator via WhatsApp. We then left the property and cancelled the reservation through Booking.com. The accommodation did not meet our expectations at all, particularly regarding cleanliness, maintenance and the overall standard shown in the listing. I would not recommend this accommodation.

+ Just the view

− We had a horrible stay in there . The bed was uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on metal with a bed topper . We had to leave the following morning to a different hotel even though we paid for 2nights . Lots of mosquitoes were in the room the bathroom was unclean .. the bedsheets and duvet cover were not Cotten . The towels had an unpleasant smell ! . I won’t recommend honest review…
