+ The host is exceptional. I arrived by 4 am instead of 1 am, he was waiting for me. Very cooperative and helpful, kind and constructive. Quite and comfortable place, 10 min on foot to central square.

Советую приезжать в Ереван и оставаться в отеле Панда. Я уже нашла место , и стану постоянным гостем. А вы???

+ Все понравилось, хозяин отеля Роберт встретил меня ночью в аэропорту.Очень внимательный, относится с огромным уважением к гостям. Номер очень уютный, чистый, кровать удобная. Ванная тоже чистая и удобная. На этаже кухня со всеми удобствами. Атмосфера очень дружественная.

+ Ganz neues Hotel, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es hat alles, was es braucht. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, Karo hat unseren Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht - herzlichen Dank dafür!!! <3 Wir wünschen dem Hotel viel Glück. Weiter so! Merci!!!

+ Всё супер... Хозяин в гостиницы и персонал очень отзывчивые и вежливые... В номерах чистота и есть всё необходимое, включая санузел с душем, холодильник и кондиционер... Хорошая большая общая кухня/ столовая с плитой, холодильником, микроволновкой... Есть большая стиральная машина... можно, при необходимости, постирать вещи... Смена белья каждые 3 дня... Хозяин гостиницы Роберт очень приятный молодой человек, всегда в доступе, помогает решить любые возникшие вопросы... Круглосуточно в гостинице находится персонал, так что заселиться можно в любое время и решить любой вопрос... Ну и рядом большой продуктовый рынок, за углом дома супермаркет Ереван Сити и до центра города 15 минут спокойным шагом и 600 м до метро....

− Единственный минус хотя это и плюс-расположение рядом с рынком ГУМ...

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

+ Good location, 10 minutes walk from the metro. Plenty of supermarkets around the corner (2 minute walk). I felt very safe and very welcomed. The room was very quiet. The owner (Robert) goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. He is a very nice and easygoing guy, always accessible and speaks the best English I have heard in Yerevan :-) He will provide anything you ask for, from an extra blanket to a cheap airport-taxi. Wifi is superstrong and airconditioning is brand new (and as cold as you want it to get). The building is extremely clean, really spotless, and has very comfortable beds. There is a shared kitchen that you can use to cook or to store food in a freezer (every room has its own fridge). Coffee and tea are free! Also a microwave is provided. Hotel Panda is much more than a 3 star hotel!! I really recommand this place.

+ Panda hotel is your best option for a quiet yet relaxing place to stay with your family or on your own. Robert (the owner) and his dad make you feel like home, always there checking in on you offering you a warm welcome and staying. Rooms are in excellent conditions, bed in excellent shape, everything is brand new luminous and each room is made to fulfill your needs

New and comfy hotel in a great location

+ Great location to access the centre and local markets. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer you via WhatsApp or in person. Everything is newly renovated and very comfy to stay. AC, hot shower, and fridge in the room were perfect. Tidy and clean. There is a proper kitchen so you can cook and have a nice cup of tea or coffee anytime. There are huge local markets and supermarkets are within 3mins walk. I stayed a budget room but you can choose a better room if you need.

+ We so enjoyed our stay at the wonderful family-run Panda Hotel! Robert, the owner, was so incredibly helpful with everything and even picked us up personally from the airport for a very reasonable fee. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the location is very close to the centre and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending all visitors to Yerevan to book a room here! Thank you so much once again, Robert!!!
