Excellent

+ We loved the premises, the room and the facilities available. We didnt leave the resort as we just wanted to enjoy it and relax. The food was great, a lot of variety that suited our tastes. The staff were generally friendly and helped us in all that we needed. They provided a rail for the bed for our toddler, clean and sanitized highchairs for the meals, accomodated the requests on the spot.

− One thing was unavailable which was the kids soft area in the kids club. It would have been nice to have this activity available for our toddler when the sun was at its highest and we didnt want to sit by the pool or beach.

+ The auqapark. Nice room . The evening shows, nice for the Kids.

− The bad was awful . On the first day, I informed the reception that the bed was extremely soft and the mattress was completely worn out. I asked if the mattress could be replaced. But they didnt change it .

− Bedding was lacking. Given only a thin blanket to use at night and 2 pillows for a king size bed.

A fantastic experience with minor improvements for comfortability

+ Stunning resort. The room was spacious. The kids had plenty to do. The pools were kept clean and pristine.

− The food needed more vegan/vegetarian options. & I like a duvet and sheet in my room instead of a thin blanket. Also the AC in our room did not work. It kept shutting off.

Excellent resort with attentive staff

+ Enjoyed the stay very much! Loved the hotel's layout and green territory, pools and beach were great, lots of food and drink options. Staff is very attentive and caring. Staff is trained to notice the details about the guests and find the ways to improve the stay. For example, the housekeeping lady has noticed that we have a 5 year old child and that we have propped the edge of the bed woth cushions for her (she tends to fall out of bed) - so next day rhe bed guard was installed without us asking for it. We were very impressed. Kids club is also great and our dsughter enjoyed staying there very much. All girls there were lovely and our daughter loved them. Wonderful holiday overall and would 100% recommend Paloma Grida!

− AC system is a little strange. Its central and on few occasions was off - which was a bit of a nuisance

Well designed, great food, nice facilities and friendly staff

+ Recently renovated, well designed/styled. The food was very good. Good chefs. The service was great. Very friendly and fast staff. Quality entertainment. Nice kids club.

− Well, we stayed 4 nights and all the a la carte restaurants were all full, all the time. So we couldn’t reserve tables at any of ‘m. And a well trained barista could work as well. The coffee was OK, I we really missed a good Flat White.

+ Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The pools are excellent, clean, spacious, and one of the hotel's biggest highlights. The service was good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Lunch and dinner were good, although not as impressive as the breakfast. There are, however, a couple of areas that need improvement. Surprisingly, the main restaurant does not have proper espresso cups. If you order an espresso, it is served in a large cappuccino or coffee cup, which feels quite unusual for a hotel of this standard. Another issue is the sunbeds around the pools. Most guests seem to reserve them very early, possibly even during the night. Even when arriving as early as 8:00 a.m., it is already very difficult to find a comfortable sunbed. The hotel should enforce a fair policy to prevent guests from reserving sunbeds for hours without actually using them. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better.
