Good budget hotel. There were a few problems but were solved relatively quickly.
+ Large rooms. Clean bedding, towels and rooms. Nice mid-sized fridge that had very cold water for free. Replenished every day. Big balconies that felt luxurious compared to upscale hotels with sealed rooms. My sons said they were glad to stay here instead of the nicer hotels we sometimes stay at. Not as plush but definitely comfortable and clean. My room had a microwave oven. My sons' had a huge walk-in closet. Lots of space in both. Large bathrooms, ample desk and lots of storage space.
− There wasn't much staff on hand although every interaction was very pleasant. The front desk man didn't speak English but put us in touch by phone with someone that did. It was a shame that we couldn't pay by credit card but they understood when we said we didn't have the cash on hand and said we could pay the next day. We managed to get the cash that night so it worked out. The water heater in my room wasn't working but it did in my sons' room. Thailand's pretty hot so a cold shower was fine. I reported the problem and they fixed it the next day so two days of cold showers but responsive once I reported the problem.
