+ I had a wonderful and highly satisfying stay at Elite Jonrad Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality of the staff. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming experience throughout my stay. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Promod, the Housekeeping Manager, and the entire Housekeeping team for maintaining excellent cleanliness and paying great attention to detail. Their dedication and friendly service truly made a difference. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Muhammad Raceel at the Front Desk Reception for his professionalism, welcoming attitude, and helpful assistance. He made the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt genuinely well taken care of. A well-deserved 5-star experience! I highly recommend Elite Jonrad Hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.

Despite a few issues with the air conditioning and cockroaches, we had a wonderful stay
+ The staff members are approachable and pleasant.
− While the room itself is spacious and comfortable, we are concerned about the cleanliness as we spotted cockroaches under the table and on the wall. We would appreciate it if this could be addressed immediately

A clean, peaceful, and comfortable stay with excellent service everything was just perfect.
+ Absolutely.. I honestly didn’t expect such a high standard because the price was very reasonable, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean, the customer service is top-notch, and the minibar was great. Both the evening and morning teams were very friendly and welcoming. I remember Raisal’s name because we had a friendly chat about my stay while I was checking out. I honestly wanted to stay another night, but time wasn’t on my side. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels, but this one truly made my day. It will definitely be my home whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended
− Honestly, there wasn’t much that could have been better. Everything worked perfectly from the sockets and internet to the cleanliness and quiet environment. I didn’t even need to call anyone for assistance. I was able to complete my work on time and sleep peacefully. I really enjoyed my stay.
