A pleasant place to stay
+ It's a calm place, the aricon was good and not noisy at all, there were good mirrors and a big comfortable bed, there is a nice lamp on the table with two stools, there is a cosy place in the hallway with a kettle to drink coffee or tea, we were able to do the laundry in the hotel.
− The clothes-closet was OK but very basic, and it was no fridge. But overall, we liked the place.

Quite place right at the tourist centre
+ Perfect location and very friendly and helpfull staff. The street is very quite, you can have your laundry done just outside, and get some delicious local food all just a few steps away from the hotel. It was not even 10 minutes walking from where the buss dropped us off. And the boat taxi was also very close.

− I actually stayed longer then expected , but the last day the mirror of my rental scooter was broken?!? Just parking outside the front door, had to pay to fix at the rental shop!

Rest & Go Accommodation
+ Affordable and accessible to Phra Arthit Pier and Khaosan / Rambuttri Area, though not really a short walk for others but manageable. Homey feels, if you really intend to just sleep and rest for your stay. You can ask to laundry your clothes for 40thb/kl, no hassle since the staff will take over. There’s an eatery nearby if you want to eat before starting your day which is always filled by foreigners.
− That homey feels creep out us on 1st night, the ambiance, but since we stay for a week, we get used to it. No toiletries provided, just towels and one soap, there’s alot of 7-11. Prepare for your phone’s translator for the staff. Literally in front of the canal river, you’ll feel that Old Town Bangkok vibes.

Excellent location
+ Owner is very nice, helpful and friendly. Area is fantastic close to transport, Khaosan Road, lots of places to eat and drink and shops. We had a room with private bathroom and the room was larger than expected. Very good wifi downstairs where you can have free coffee inside or out in the garden. Free bottles of water were also in the room when we checked in.
− The room is at the top of the house and has three outside walls so gets very hot, a fan would be good rather than just aircon. Couldn't pick up the wifi in the bedroom.
