Great holiday here, couple of minute walk to beach. Great food served here and the staff are amazing

Very Good

+ Very nice stuff, decent price for a such service. Good breakfast. Perfect location and parking available. We were staying for 1 day - really convenient check in and check out hours (you can check in at 11:00). Restaurant available, also there a lot of high rated restaurants nearby.

− Definitely outdated rooms, but clean.

Not worth the money

+ Location (next to Yanartas flames), big smile of the lady owner, breakfast, pool (we did not use it though)

− - Bungalow itself (furniture, bathroom door knocked off, additional paid bed is actually a mattress on the floor) - electricity cut off in the morning so cold shower in pitch black bathroom) - too expensive for what it was (135 euros for 1 night. This place is worth half of it)

Exceptional

+ Very friendly workers. Nice location and designs. Fine breakfast. Good price.

− WiFi didn't work in our room but it was not a big problem for us

Cheap hotel in good location

+ I would say it's 2.5 stars in general, but with the pool. Pros: Great location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants One of the cheapest hotels near the beach Nice restaurant (a bit more expensive than nearby ones, but the portions are quite large) Good pool Air conditioning in the room Fridge in the room No insects in the rooms

− Cons: Wi-Fi is basically non-existent — it’s easier to use mobile data. Everything feels old and worn-out. Lots of stains, damaged walls, furniture, etc. It’s functional and clean, but the age shows everywhere. Proper renovation is needed. Many small things could be fixed with minimal effort, but nobody cares. For example, rust on the faucet could be removed in minutes with a sponge and cleaning agent (I tried it with a nail - it was easily removed), but it just stays like that for months. And there are a lot of such things. There is basically no hot water — it always stays at room temperature, which could be a problem if you’re traveling with kids. Very low water pressure — taking a shower is a struggle. I would rate the hotel higher, but problems with water are killing me. But still decent hotel for a few nights if you do not expect much.

− We didn't feel welcome: the guest parking is on a dusty area near chained dogs and the cleaning was superficial

Cheap hotel for nice vacation

+ Boss is really nice. He’ll find you every thing you need. Very close to the beach. If you want something valuable, here’s the choice. Don’t expect a starred hotel.

− Restaurant is paid but too expensive, food is not really good. Breakfast is free, but very limited choices and never changed for a week.

Bad

+ The only positive thing was the friendly stuff and the decent breakfast. Despite the language barrier he made effort to communicate with us.

− We came here in winter and we were the only guests. It was deserted, neglected and it felt like a horror movie. The room was cold . I think it should be rather colsed during the low season.
