− When you book a flat in Orbi, if they say that you should come to their office on 37th floor 19, just simply stay away. These people are scammers. What I booked was 31 lari, when I arrived he asked me to pay 65 lari ans even did not expect to hear any explanation, directly turned his face to someone else. I threw money which he asked he asked to him (i was extremely tired), my sweet boy felt offended and questioned if my behaviour is appropriate or not. We started to argue. I said this is treat what you deserve. He also threw money to the ground and poor boy swore in Georgian to me. I spent my almost half my day to be able to reach at there, despite my reservation was approved from 31 lari via Booking, I dont understand that these morally poor boys are still able to post their flats here.

− One of the Worst Accommodation Experiences of My Life — Absolutely Disgraceful This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel/apartment experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was a complete disaster, exposing shocking levels of unprofessionalism, poor management, unacceptable hygiene, and a total lack of respect for guests. The check-in process itself was an unpleasant introduction to what was to come. Check-in was conducted on the 37th floor, where the staff appeared to be lying down and showed little to no interest in providing proper customer service. Their attitude was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely inappropriate for anyone working in the hospitality industry. After checking in, we were instructed to go to the first floor to activate our access cards. Once that was done, we proceeded to our assigned rooms, only to discover that the first room we were given was already occupied by other guests! Imagine the shock and discomfort of opening a supposedly assigned room and finding someone else's belongings inside. This is an astonishing failure of basic room management and raises serious concerns about guest privacy, security, and the competence of the management team. We returned to have our rooms changed, expecting the situation to improve. Unfortunately, it only got worse. The replacement rooms were in a disgusting condition, with broken refrigerators, damaged chairs, filthy bedding, and a strong smell of urine. The rooms appeared not to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. I specifically requested that the room be cleaned, yet nobody bothered to do so. Eventually, I had to take matters into my own hands and clean it myself. Paying for accommodation should never mean having to clean your own room because the staff cannot be bothered to do their jobs. The hygiene conditions were absolutely appalling.

+ Even though they sprayed toxic insect repellent, they refused to change the room. Just stay away from this room!

− Watch out—they have bed bugs! And they use chemicals to kill them; I developed a rash from the insecticide. My body turned red and swollen.

− The apartment was nothing like the photos advertised. The service when collecting the keys was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I was told that I would be given a nice apartment and that I could return to the office to change it if I wasn't satisfied. However, when I went back, nobody was there. The apartment was filthy, poorly maintained, and had damaged flooring. The bathroom was dirty, neither the bathroom door nor the balcony door closed properly, and there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, the advertised photos appear to be AI-generated and have absolutely nothing in common with reality. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

+ Самолёт опоздал на 7,5 часов, я писала о позднем прибытии в ватсап. Приехала в указанный офис и наткнулась на закрытую дверь. Шок. Спустилась на ресепшен отеля, поспрашивала, кто знает, где искать людей из офиса. Один из сотрудников сказал номер офиса, куда нужно подойти. Пришла. Открыто. Но меня там никто не ждал. Парень поизучал моё бронирование, куда-то позвонил, минут через 10 пришёл другой парень, принёс ключ от номера. Заплатила проживание. Пошла, заселилась. Номер супер! Через день, приехав с экскурсии умотанной, не смогла открыть номер электронным ключом. Шок. Пошла туда, где его получала. Закрыто. Шок. Пошла в офис, заявленный в бронировании. Открыто. Парень вытаращил на меня глаза и сказал, что мой номер-это не его квартира и он знать не знает, кто меня заселял. Шок. Пошла снова в офис, где меня размещали. Уже открыто. Позвонили, с кем-то поговорили, отправили копию паспорта кому-то и отправили на ресепшен отеля. О, боги! Это никогда не кончится((( На ресепшен перекодировали ключ и до конца проживания проблем ни с чем не было. Мне 66 лет, мотаться между 1м, 19м, 11м и 31 этажом в этом человейнике очень утомительно. Ну и по факту, я не знаю, у кого я жила и по какой брони. Но точно не в жилье, о котором пишу отзыв. К слову сказать, все номера абсолютно одинаковы. Мой был более высокой категории, потому что в нём было окно на восток и балкон на юг.

+ В прошлом году жили у данной компании, у них много апартаментов. И нам повезло, апартаменты были хорошие. Уборка была так себе, белье нормальное. Хотели и в этом году у них проживать, но отношение хозяев это жесть.

− Персонал конечно жуткий, грубияны. В этот раз приехали в их офис 3719. А там крики между гостями и хозяином. Лично видел как дело дошло до рукоприкладства со стороны хозяина, чем закончилось мы не стали ждать. Пошли заселяться к другим хозяевам. Если Вас приглашают на заселение в комнату 3719 блок C, решайте сами . Может повезет а может и нет

+ We had a good stay in orbi city the view was amazing.. The rooms was comfortable and we had all the amenities that we requested for. Overall it was a star.

+ Nice sea view however it wasn’t panoramic like stated. Simple and nice looking apartment, good location. And a washing machine.

− Really not clean so that was a bit disgusting. No knives and forks or plates just 4 dirty cups.
