+ Room was great and clean. Reception very helpful. Great area with shops and restaurants nearby.
− Had to ask for toilet paper a few times as it wasn't restocked regularly. Only a small issue though.

Absolutely lovely hotel
+ Nice hotel with 24 hour concierge. Employees are all very helpful and polite. The room I rented is very spacious and has a comfortably firm bed, nice pillows, a comfortable one person couch, a table and a desk. The balcony is wonderful for getting fresh air and is a very nice addition. Breakfast is free and good. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the city center or a very short and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel. Very safe area. Very good prices in comparison to the city center and much less noisy. I would absolutely stay here again. I almost booked a room in the city center, and am very glad I stayed here instead. The hotel even arranged private drivers for me to and from tourist attractions outside Yerevan at very good rates.
− Not an issue for me during my stay, because the work they were doing wasn’t loud, but there is a large construction project next door.

Great choice: clean, comfortable, good breakfast
+ Orbeli is a very good choice: it's clean and comfortable, reasonably priced and well-located. The room even had a little kitchenette, the bathroom was spotless, the view of Ararat was spectacular. The downtown is accessible on foot in about 25 minutes, breakfast is really good (I particularly liked that there were even fresh greens, like parsley), the people we met were nice and spoke good English. There's no dedicated parking but there are a few places right in front of the hotel and no parking fee is charged.
− Wifi was quite weak, otherwise everything was really good.

+ Hotel situated in between of two metro stations. You can reach city center by 15-20 minutes walk down the hill. Room was clean and without any bad smell. AC worked quite without any issues. Breakfast was good enough.
− Blackout curtains did not provide 100% darkness, however this was not critical at all.
