Warm, family-friendly stay with a great team.

My stay felt truly welcoming, like a home away from home. A big thank you to Sherry in Guest Relations for her kindness, Emir at the front desk for always being helpful, and Ali at the bar for his friendly service. The hotel was comfortable and well set up for families, and the animation team brought such great energy that it lifted the whole experience. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. I’d happily return.

Very special stay

Hotel was very clean. Good facilities. Big pool with very good access to the beach. The resturant had an excelent range of foods . Bars everywhere with good variety of drinks. Shahrzad in the front desk did an amazing job helping me surprising my wife for her birthday. Hotel also upgraded our room to a sea view room with a beautiful decoration for birthday when checking in. Good range of activities specially if you are a volleyball fan !

Too compact. Although it has all activities and facilities in all- inclusive hotels, it lacked the luxury and style you would expect in 5 stars hotels

the facilities is good, specially the swimming pool there is public one, and 2 pools for kids As well the kids club was helpful and enjoyable for kids

1. main restaurant is always hot, and the food taste is below average, except the bakery and BBQ is great
the plates smell is not always fine
the desert and sweets is not tasty at all
2. Rooms cleaning is below average, and also every day morning around 10:00am they will keep knocking your door to offer water and soft drinks, and if you didnt answer or open the door they will open it by them self! and this was annoying and not giving any privacy

The staff is friendly and the bartenders really do their best to provide good service and make up for the limited selection of drinks through their positive attitude and professionalism.

The food menu is not very varied during this period, with more limited options than you would probably find in high season. In addition, there are not many international drink options

We had a lovely holiday here, but we did have a family room which meant I couldn’t here the noise outside

Right on the beach, nice pier with sun loungers, comfy beds, nice food, good variety

Builders working nearby straight after the 5 am call to prayer. Restaurant gets very noisy at meal times, probably can’t be helped in school holidays, lots of screaming kids
