+ The location was good, the flate as well, but my booking was for 3 bed rooms, I got 2 bed rooms with one more bed in the setting room!!!!

− There are downsides for someone like me who values ​​extreme quiet: the apartment corridor is open rather than enclosed, making street traffic noise clearly audible and also There was a cat in the hallway that wouldn't stop meowing until I asked security to remove it.. Additionally, while the building has two swimming pools, both are mixed-gender, which is unsuitable for us as Muslims.

Nice place, good and supportive host.

+ The check in was smooth as butter, the host allowed us to check in early enough. Good and convenient location though you’ve to find your way out to the nearby malls and bustling Bukit Bintang.

− The couch/sofa sets are so uncomfortable,the cleaning was quite good and not much cleaning done under the beds and sofa. A curtain in the living room is no brainer considering the morning sun directly towards the living room space and one of the bedrooms

+ Extra Bed in all bedroom. 🥰 can until 10 adult. Even thought we are coming for 7 adult 1 children.

+ The responsive and attentive back team that provides such luxurious services and experience. Leaving no hassle at all . The check was extremely convenient and visitor pass was hassle free. Came here for a night stay for My ROM on the second early morning at KLSCAH, It was completely worth it! Spacious rooms, large toilets, filtered water dispenser, clean bedsheets no odours on my pillow or sheet , comfy bed , no stained, convenient asses, high security, ,Breathtaking view, good facilities .

− Some broken parts like the bed lamp,which leaves some unpleasant worries that I might get electrocuted in the middle of my sleep. Thin walls, we hear everything from all sides, especially the late check in customers from upstairs in the middle of 1AM midnight, but the customer service attend to it in split second and manage to get the guard to check on it. Toilet were too dark. I don’t like the smell from the sink, which has a very “ flavourful Arabian spice “ . Do found coffee stains in the cup but we managed to scrub it off . Greasy microwave,even on the surface.Something to highlight, the dishwasher was extremely filthy, and strongly recommended that to be changed for every new visit, the soapy water smells rotten and the sponge were well seasoned .

Great apartment and management were very helpful and available. Would definitely recommend for a stay in KL.
