The entire team was exceptional, especially Ilia, Lizi, and Qeta, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The hotel was spotless, the location was excellent, and the level of service was simply outstanding. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, always with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. What made our stay even more memorable was how comfortable and welcome we felt. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the hospitality and attention to detail of a five-star hotel! I highly recommend OPUS Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi. A wonderful stay

+ The hotel is very clean, brand new, and well-maintained. The entire staff does an impeccable job, and the level of service is exceptionally high. I would especially like to note the work of the Russian-speaking porter and the receptionist girl, who were always helpful with any of our requests and needs. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

+ The rooms were extremely comfortable, great bathroom as well. Everything seemed new or revamped and it was spotless. Based off of my experience, the rooms themselves were on par with Sofitel, Shangri La or other legit 5-star hotels. The staff was very arranging, nice and flexible, they are a true added value to the hotel. Beautiful views of the sea, and we were lucky enough to be on one of the highest floors during a thunderstorm, which gave us a beautiful visual all night long.

− Not so much a dislike, but an oddity: the rooms and amenities gave off a true 5-star hotel feeling in the European sense of the word, which made all the more surprising the fact that they do not have room service and do not propose breakfast or other meals (probably no kitchens). In the same breath, they have washing machines and mini-kitchens in the rooms; it’s the Georgian way.
