Good location.

+ The area is very vibrant yet not too noisy. Room in old appartment building with high ceilings and big windows. Room has lots of natural light. Bed linen and bathroom towels clean.

− Room is knackered. Walls in places scratched. Sofa dirty , we couldn't even seat. Somebody smoked in neighbours room and smoke was coming to our room. Iron, washing machine shared between the rooms and not always available.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

− This was my first experience with a host who constantly messages and follows up, making it feel less than relaxing. When I realized I mixed up my dates and politely asked to cancel 24 hours in advance, the host initially offered another option, but ultimately refused to cancel the reservation. To add to the stress, our locker contained keys for the neighboring room. While I was in the shower, someone was knocking loudly on the shared door. As I rushed out to see what was happening, the host bombarded my WhatsApp, claiming I took the wrong key and demanding I open the door immediately. Furthermore, despite having chosen "payment upon arrival," the host messaged me at midnight stating that the cleaning lady would arrive at 12:00 PM the next day to collect cash. When I explained I didn't have cash and was waiting for card transfer details, it added to the confusion. On top of the communication issues, the room itself is very difficult to rest in. It is extremely noisy due to being right next to a police station with cars speeding by all night, the curtains let in a lot of light, the floors squeak loudly, and the beds are quite uncomfortable.

+ El baño nuevo y muy limpio, la cama super cómoda y la habitación muy espacio.Da a la calle pero muy silencioso.

− La entrada al edificio que asusta un poco al principio, pero luego el apartamento está súper bien.

+ Просторный номер , бесконтактное заселение . Хорошая коммуникация с хозяевами . Местоположение тоже хорошее

+ İnanılmaz temiz bir yer. Özellikle çarşaflar yastıklar banyo tertemiz. Çok merkezi bir konumda. Turistik yerlere çok yakın. Etrafında market cafe restorant kar var. Güvenli sessiz ve harika bir yer.

+ Cosy beautiful apartment, everything good. Warm inside (but not a floor, take a slippers with you) Contactless check-in. Natalia answered very quickly. There are tea, coffee and some kitchenware. Location is very central, in old building, but inside everything new. Recommended!

Bisher war dies das beste private Zimmer für mich in Tbilisi.

+ Die Lage ist top! Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber, renoviert und hübsch ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Wasserkocher sowie Tee und Kaffee – darauf habe ich mich gefreut. Kochen oder etwas Aufwärmen kann man allerdings nicht. Mir war das zwar egal, aber wer im Urlaub gern kocht, sollte das wissen. Auch das Badezimmer ist sauber und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Das Wasser wird schnell heiß.

− Es roch sehr stark nach einem alten Haus oder nach etwas anderem Unklaren. Da es noch warm draußen war, hatte ich die Fenster die ganze Zeit offen. In der Dusche muss man aufpassen und genau schauen, wohin der Duschkopf gedreht ist, bevor man das Wasser aufdreht. Ich habe mehrmals eine kalte Dusche abbekommen :))) Wenn man es drauf hat, ist es in Ordnung. Da ich oft in Tbili­si bin und weiß, dass eine Dusche mit Duschkabine eine Seltenheit ist, kann man hier sowieso die Augen zudrücken.

+ Oda temizdi ve dekorasyon yeniydi. Sıkıntı yaşamadan odamıza yerleştik. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok iyiydi. 5 gece konakladık. Hiç sorun yaşamadık.tiflise geldiğimde tekrar orayı seçeceğim
