Thanx God we stayed there only 6 hours...

− The hotel does not correspond to the photos shown on Booking.com or on its own website. In reality, I would rate it as a maximum three-star hotel, perhaps even somewhere between two and three stars. The staff do not speak English. The bed linen was stained and dirty. We asked them to change it, and although they did, the replacement linen was still stained. There was also only one small blanket, which was not enough for two people. Of course, a hotel like this has every right to exist, but they should show realistic photos rather than heavily enhanced or misleading ones. In the photos, the hotel looks like a four-star property. In reality, everything is rather worn and run-down. The price probably corresponds to the actual quality, but it certainly does not correspond to the photos. The pictures make the hotel look much better than it really is.

+ Very bad experience

− Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very dirty and too small, and the toilet was tiny and smelled badly. The beds were just two single beds pushed together, and they kept moving apart while sleeping. The extra single bed they gave us was broken, and my son nearly fell and hurt his head. The staff were rude and not helpful. Breakfast was very poor — mainly cucumber, tomato and boiled eggs. The bread was soggy and smelled bad. Even fried eggs were an extra charge. My children and I also had skin problems during the stay, which made us very concerned about the hygiene. The hotel did not look like the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Poor facilities.

+ I liked the breakfast, and the beds were not bad. The pool was nice and clean.

− AC in the room didn’t work. Breakfast would take long to make at times. The bathroom sink water didn’t run properly even though we told staff about it 2 times they said there was a technical issue but never resolved it. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Some of the Staff didn’t know English so we couldn’t communicate properly and used google translate.

Okish hotel if you want to drive around

+ The staff is friendly and ready to help, the pool itself is nice and swimmable, breakfast is good enough. The hotel is good for a few nights if you have a car.

− Smokers everywhere, there should be strict rules and dedicated places for smoking. Currently smokers are smoking even inside the pool, throwing ash and cigarette butts around - you can't breathe normal air anywhere. Staff can only use Turkish, it is not possible to communicate in English. In the comments there was a statement about shuttle to the beach - there is none actually. There should be a clear listing of all the rules, including what is included in the breakfast, what is a schedule for cleaning, when and who can use the pool (I was asked to get out once after 8pm, but then some students, which are not even from the hotel were allowed to jump and scream around 10pm). Entrance to the pool area should be restricted, a few times some random people were entering the area. Rooms are in ok-to-poor condition.

Bad

+ Nice staff was the only good thing, pictures don’t match the listing. It was very much a motel, no elevator no ac in the hallways or the lobby. Rooms were dirty and aged. There was also an entrance/exit by the pool which was completely open to the public, with no gate to gaurd it. We didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving and not staying the night.

+ We liked the pool, we liked the room but asked for a terrace but the view wasnt great its was over looking a side of the hotel that there was no nice view only trees and broke down sheds and the terrace was very dirty very small there were 2 of us as a couple in the room and only gave us 1 deck chair it was very dusty and didn't look like it was cleaned or wiped down with some water. It needed a deep clean You would always be bringing in dirt and dust into the room. Wasn't very clean the terrace..

− The terrace as it was very dusty didn't provide enough toilet roll for both of us in the room for the 6 days, 2 of us in the room but only 1 deck chair on the balcony. It looked on the booking that there was a restaurant and bar etc in the hotel but there was none of this there was a restaurant and bar next door which was owned by the hotel owners and it was just very unorganised.

Pleasant

+ The hotel has great potential its small not too over crowded and has a restaurant and a shop in close proximity

− The front of house staff are good the restaurant staff are friendly but the cleaners are what is letting it down in a big way we were there for 4 days the room wasn't cleaned and when I asked for a brush to sweep my own room they refused and said room will be cleaned only when we check out think the management need to re think the cleaning staff if the hotel is to have a good future which it has the potential to be

Relaxing Oasis

+ The hotel is a small oasis, with all you need in one place, nice chill rooms, restaurant, bar with nice medium level music, outdoor swimming pool, supermarket with body creams, beach items, food, drinks, with average prices.The local bus stop (KS20 and BA22 busses) to The Land of Legends and Belek (opposite direction) is just in front of hotel, and coming from 10-20" max. and Turkish lira is only acceptable.Point with your hand to stop the bus.

− Due to short road constructions in the area, pipes get dirty in the toilet drainage, but nothing to worry about.The smell can also be sometimes noticed, but it is only in the toilet area, not spreading around.

Very Good

+ Even though we only stayed for a short time, I found the place very comfortable. The room was small, but cozy. The staff was friendly. Since we had to leave early in the morning, they kindly rushed to prepare breakfast for us.
