Helpful staff and a decent room

Last minute booking as the hostel we’d booked let us down. It was double our usual budget but then Yerevan on a weekend is expensive. Large room with big double bed, good bathroom and stylish decoration. There was a place to make drinks which was good. Best thing was the two staff we met who were very welcoming and helpful

It was difficult to find. The location on online maps has it in the middle of a crossroads. The entrance is actually a block behind the street address. We only found it thanks to the help of the staff.
The bed is beautifully wide but the sheets aren’t wide enough and will not tuck under the mattress.
Our room was off the entrance foyer - the door needs soundproofing as we could hear foyer conversations in our room.

Buena ubicación, céntrico y tranquilo. Parking gratuito. Habitación muy grande.

No pudimos pagar con tarjeta. No hay recepción 24 horas aunque con las indicaciones que nos enviaron por WhatsApp entramos sin problema en el hotel.
Camas muy pequeñas y sábanas mínimas.

Great place to stay: welcoming and friendly hosts, rooms are clean, room service is pretty consistent, there is no noise and location is very convenient

We loved the hotel as it is clean and it’s near with restaurants and supermarket. Forget the gentle man name who met us in the reception but he was amazing he helped us and very approachable… surely will be back here next visit in Yereven…

Большие номера, удобные кровати, чистое, белье, приветливый и заботливый персонал. Отличное месторасположение. Отлмчное состряние номеров, сантехники в ванных комнатах.

Wi-fi слабый. Не хватает даже для Telegram и WhatsApp.

Отличное расположение, чисто, отзывчивый персонал

Центральная дверь закрывалась на ключ. Тогда жильцам нужно давать ключ, она не должна быть заблокирована для выхода. Случился форс мажор с канализацией, но это не испортило впечатление, обязательно вернусь!

Excellent location, welcoming hosts & well maintined property with attention to detail.

If you are looking for a hidden gem of location, mixing clean classy seclusion with welcoming & attentive owners, within 2 corner-turns from the Yerevan heartbeat and a stroll to 2 different parks, and a refreshing terrace view to return for replenishing night's rest - the place has it !
Supermarket 24/7, central cinema, shopping, dining, art and souvenire vernisage, are all from 5 to 20 minute walk away.
The hotel has variety of rooms, including family type, which made it easy for our friends to join us, during the stay.
Owners where very helpfull and when asked given recommendations to dining, art and music scene, and tour recommendations for a trip to Dilijan and lake Sevan, which we very much enjoyed.
The hotel is new and recently renovated with fresh and squeaky clean rooms, and with interiors elegantly decored with contemporary art from owner's private collection, spaced out with live natural plants and super fresh flowers!
Seemed one of the of the owners is keeping up to date on trends with an established taste.
Room was spacious, tastfully decorated clean & private bathroom, quiet and peaceful, contrasting lighting, natural plants.
A compact kitchen featured tea, coffee, fridge and a little balcony, everything necessary for a relaxed start of the day after a bustling day.
Bathrooms were cleaned every morning.
Hair dryer was also provided when asked at the reception.
Initially the location is unobvious to taxi drivers and locals, tucked away from pedestrian area, which was a bonus for our experience.
Will happily re-visit this summer!
