+ Habitaciones modernas y cómodas. El desayuno bueno, no es muy grande pero es sabroso. Queda a unos 15 min caminando del centro, en una zona tranquila y placentera para caminar.

Good to stay!

+ All is good location, breakfast, the hotel is good in general. Nice staff and very supportive and responsive.

− What i did not like i asked 2 times to clean my room, because it was dirty in some places, that i did not like it. Another issue, lunch was not good at all.

Definitely worth the stay

+ Great location, worth value for money. Everything was perfect (with small room for improvement). Definitely recommend and would return. The rooftop restaurant was also spot on

− They must leave more than one big towel per person (a small one for the hair is also necessary). Iron in the room would be nice to have. Body lotion too

Good hotel, not very good staff

− Be aware about new construction on the back of hotel which obstructs the windows. We took with my wife the “compliment “ ticket from the reception, to drink a juice or a glass of wine for free. Went up to restaurant and waiter was only “honey and milk”, but when he heard that we don’t want anything else to eat, just to relax with city view and “compliment “, his attitude changed and he didn’t even look at us when we left and told him Thank you. So, the compliment from reception, it is a humiliation from restaurant, don’t take it

+ We loved everything about this hotel! It was super clean, the staff are SO SO friendly and helpful, very good breakfast and spacious comfortable rooms! 100% recommend 👌

+ Остановились на два дня в этом прекрасном отеле. Нам так понравилось оформление и чистота отеля. А какие вкусные завтраки и десерты по утрам. На 7 этаже очень уютный ресторан с красивой терассой. С удовольствием приедем еще.

Not for small kids, not for just english speaking travellers. Specially not for Indians.

+ Location, Rooftop Reataurant.

− Non International Staff: Not friendly with small kids. English speaking problem with the staff. The lady at reception can speak english but very rude, so it was difficult to communicate to staff as well. While we talk about our problems, she denied to talk to us. Not baby friendly: Our 1 year old baby had to bath with cold water due to their bathroom problem and they refused to change the room. Their head chef clearly denied washing baby bottles, while we got this facility in other hotels like Raddisson Blu Almaty. They denied water bottles beyond 2 small bottles per day that too while staying with baby and they charge 1300 Tenge per bottle. They start charging for coffee in the breakfast if you are 1 min late from bfast time while they have been informed that we are with baby and we will take coffee after baby finishes food. Only 1 option for food for baby which is porridge. They even denied giving us small portion of cut fruits for baby. Also, when we asked to give us fresh hit oancakes for baby, they debied and asked to pick from cold ones served. They deny bringing ketchup, butter etc when finished. I can go on and on. Not a hotel actually: They upfront take money for any service be it laundry, dining etc. Very leas food options actually. Our laundry was delayed 1 day and they were asking cash after delivery and did not tell us the bill till the very end.

+ Новый, чистый, стильный отель с хорошим и комфортным месторасположением! Хороший ресторан на 7м этаже, ребята все очень приятные и в отеле и в ресторане, всегда готовы помочь, подсказать. Спасибо большое за теплый прием !!!
