+ I really liked the hotel staff—they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks just like the photos. The room has everything you need, the Wi-Fi works well, and the beds are very comfortable. If I visit Antalya again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel

+ Very clean and tidy and at a good location with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
− The air conditioning in our room is not very powerful while staff have been trying to sort it out. It was very hot like 37 degree outside, so that might contribute to it.

+ The location was very convenient for us: 5–7 minutes to the beach, restaurants everywhere, and a shop right next door; you could walk to the shopping mall and aquarium in 15 minutes, and the bus stop - offering a 20-minute ride to the Old Town - was just 7 minutes away. The staff were excellent and very helpful, ready to do whatever we asked. We enjoyed our stay, despite a few minor flaws that were easy to overlook.
− You have to be careful when opening the window in the evening, as something large - like a cockroach - might fly in. While this isn't the hotel's fault, installing window screens would have been nice, though perhaps that’s asking too much of a 3-star hotel. For us, the main issue was the beds; they were far too firm. They were definitely uncomfortable for lighter people to sleep on, so the mattresses really ought to be replaced.

Spacious and clean room short walking distance from the beach with very helpful and friendly staff.

Well equipped apartments close to the beach/promenade
+ The place is new and clean. Good location, close to the beach (5-10 min) with promenade for long walks and cafe/bars on the way, shops and restaurants are close too. Big mall 15 minutes away. Quite surroundings (you can't expect muezzins not to call for payers at usual time :) ). Staff was always helpful and friendly, willing to help and coming back quickly in response to your extra requests. You could ask reception for transit or car rentals. Well equipped apartments with good A/C, kitchen have all the necessary utensils and facilities. Nice cafe on the ground floor with very good coffee (I was drinking the Turkish one every day). Free laundry available in the basement (3 washing machines and a tumble dryer). You will need your own towels for the beach. Cleaning lady was very nice and never failed to replace any used items. Every day she will make new towel origami in the bedroom with great skill - made us smile every day! Good WiFi always available and they warned us when the maintenance has been planned.

Second time here, fair and might stay again just for its location.
+ Staff are so helpful and nice. Housekeeping is excellent. Location is near Konyaalti.
− It’s not a hotel, more like apartments but with housekeeping for cleaning only. Water is complementary only the day of checking in, which was unpleasant to know. There was construction in front of the hotel and one day the water in the toilet just stopped, without the hotel informing us. When we talked to them about it they explained that it’s out of their control but they should’ve at least informed us beforehand. This was very disappointing.
