+ Çalışanlar çok kibardılar. Bir kaç oteldə kaldık, buranın eski şehrin tam havasında olmasını sevdik. Eski şehirde kalırsak mutlaka buranı seçeceyiz.

− Bir gün reservasyon ettik, malesef artırma istedikde boş odaların olmadığını söylediler

+ Staff was helpful, its within old city so the surrounding European vibes are very aesthetic. Lots of restaurants nearby.

− Room was slightly squeaky, there was a beep noise throughout the night that made sleeping a little difficult (fire system i guess)

Ok, but I would not go back

+ Central and quiet, old fashioned.

− Breakfast starting only at 9:00 No windows in the room, only one giving on the lobby. Staff a little distracted. The first night they sent us to another hotel (a better one though 😉) because they had “problems with the room”.

+ Мило, комфортно, по-домашнему, словно в гостях у бабушки, а моя бабушка нефтяной бакинский магнат конца XIX века.

+ Buena ubicación, aunque dificil de encontrar con google maps. Deberían de enviarte las instrucciones con las direcciones antes y con el nombre real del hostal. El hotel se llama Shazali.

− Las canalizaciones del baño desprendían un olor muy fuerte. Habitación sin ventilación al exterior. Instalaciones del baño en mal estado. Reservamos un taxi para el aeropuerto y al final nos pusieron con otro grupo dentro del mismo taxi sin avisar con antelación y cobrando el mismo precio.

− The place was dirty. Place for breakfast is too small, one morning we had to wait like one hour to be able to eat.

− BEWARE: This property is listed on Booking.com under a different name to hide its 2★ rating on Google Maps. The real name is “Shazali Museum Hotel” (see reviews on Google Maps). Using a different name on booking platforms is fraud. I booked a large room with city view on an upper floor. On arrival at 3:00 AM after a very long flight, I was told that the room was unavailable because there was an electrical problem, and I was given: Night 1: a dated apartment across the street from the main building Night 2: moved to a small, noisy, street-level room with metro noise every ~5 minutes. I went to sleep at 2 AM because of people speaking right outside the room window, and woke up at 5 AM because of the metro noise. When I asked to be reimbursed for the missing nights and to change hotels, the staff said the room I had booked was fixed for me. I went up to see whether the room existed and matched the photos, but I found other guests staying for the previous nights in the room they said was without electricity! These guests told me they were victims of the same scam: the hotel sells the same room to multiple guests and moves people around with invented excuses. They were also moved around different rooms until getting the one they've paid for. Every room lacked maintenance, as can be seen in the photos. The overall experience was very stressful and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Freundliches Personal, für eine Nacht ausreichend, für eine weitere Nacht suchen wir uns aber ein anderes Hotel

+ Ausgezeichnete Service, freundliches Personal, das Frühstück wird persönlich hergerichtet und zum Tisch gebracht

− Der Name des Hotels wurde geändert, so dass wir das Hotel nachts nicht finden konnten. Wir haben uns durchfragen müssen, der Rezeptionistin eines anderen Hotels hat dann für uns angerufen, wir wurden abgeholt.
