The owner should be investigated by necessary authorities for unethical business practices
+ The owner is borderline criminal
− I made a booking, however the owner double booked on other websites. he did not honour the book… when questioned about this the situation almost turned into a fist fight

You make the judgement
+ It is hard to find the place. It is in a sub basement of an old apartment. Once you found it, it is a good location.
− The staff is not friendly. They don't speak very little English. More wall hangers in the bathroom would help. Kitchen is very lacking.

Fair
− The fact that they didn’t accept card for payment, because the owner wasn’t there…also they showed me two rooms and both pf them smelled terribly that even the AC was not that efficient

Never again.
+ It exists and has bed. Enough
− Room description lies of size: 7m2 vs 20m2 in description. No sound isolation. Underground floor without windows in rooms. Poor facilities.
