Неплохо было бы за такую цену иметь и завтрак в отеле

по техническим причинам мне заменили отель,поэтому вначале я расстроилась. Но приехав на место я была приятно удивлена. Очень красивый отель,территория отеля., а также расположение!Персонал очень вежливый. Я много путешествую и хочу сказать,что там это была лучшая кровать,я выспалась как никогда и ни в одном отеле.

Из минусов: нет завтрака,и была сложность в том,чтобы найти отель,так как отсутствовала табличка с названием отеля.

Отличный отель, остались очень довольны проживанием. Номер был чистый, уютный и комфортный, всё необходимое для проживания было. Персонал вежливый и приветливый, быстро помогали со всеми вопросами. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту и спокойную атмосферу в отеле. Расположение тоже удобное. В целом всё понравилось, обязательно рассмотрим этот отель для следующего проживания и с удовольствием рекомендуем другим!

Very disappointing stay. The bedsheets and pillowcases did not feel freshly washed, and the room was old, worn-out, and badly in need of repairs. The bed frame was broken, while the mattress was so soft and worn that you practically sank into it. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

They sent a nice car to pick us up from the airport. For a fee, indeed.

The room was below standard. Any standard.
The bath room had no ventilation. The wardrobe situated between the bathroom and the actual sleeping room was rotten. And full of mold. The air was reeking of the above mentioned mold

La stanza che ho avuto non rispecchiava quelle delle foto, mancavano prese al muro e lampade accanto al letto, oltre che era senza finestra, tipo bunker e pagare circa 50 euro a notte mi è sembrato eccessivo, oltre al bagno piccolo e datato.

Room with no window,very claustrophobic and dark with no natural light.
Damp in the bedroom walls so it smelled musty.
Bed sheets were dirty so I reckon they were not changed.

We stayed 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once so the rubbish was left in the bins for the days.
Hotel staff didn't speak good English so very hard to communicate with them and found them very unfriendly and unhelpful.
We got charged a full night for checking in early ,the manager didn't want negotiate a cheaper fee for checking in early.
Lots of construction work outside the hotel so it looks like a building site rather than a hotel.
Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Никому не посоветую останавливаться в этом отеле. Откуда столько хороших отзывов? Куда смотрит Booking?!

Персонал как-то старался быть радушным, но на качестве и стоимости предоставленных услуг это не отразилось. Локация нормальная

Жуткое место. Это даже не отель, а гостевой дом низкого качества сервиса. Прогнивший номер с убитой мебелью, скрипучими полами, неработающей сантехникой, зловонным запахом в душевой, забитым грязью кондиционером
