+ Lovely, clean, spacious flat. Great balcony for people watching. Proper, large fridge freezer. Big, double shower. Lovely location. In the town but very quiet. Minutes away from bars, restaurants, shops and the ferry port. I found a fantastic neighbourhood bar nearby, where I stayed until after midnight. Exterior screens on doors and windows, in addition to curtains and double glazing.
− Some steep stairs to negotiate but there are handrails.

A great find with great hosts
+ Great location - walking distance to most places. Surprisingly quiet considering you are in quite central. Cafes, restaurants, ferry, harbour all close by. Very clean - just were really lovely
− Just a very, very minor point - shower head could be connected to the wall instead of hand held -

Everything you need
+ In a great location just a street back from the harbour. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly and lived downstairs, so handy to leave your luggage if needed. Great chicken restaurant directly across the road

Highly recommend Irini’s property. Excellent location and a lovely family
+ Our stay was wonderful. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the Old Town, within walking distance to beaches, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops etc close by to choose from. Irini, Maria and Paulina are such a lovely family, very welcoming and kind.
− As with many buildings in Kos, the stairs to the apartments are steep and could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

+ Clean and central located which comes with street noises especially during nights.
− There's only one air conditioning for two rooms, wich would normally be enough for small apartment but it's not really well placed and doesn't reach the bedroom. So, we had to opend the window and couldn't sleep because of the street noises. Also the kitchen is good size but poorly equipped.

We had a lovely time at İrini’s and would love to come back.
+ It was squeaky clean, the owners were really kind and good people. It had everything we needed and the location was amazing.
− Something to attach the showerhead to the wall while showering would have been amazing.

Amazing location, comfy aparment, nice host
+ Everything was clean, tidy and exactly as described. We arrived in Kos a little earlier than the check-in time, but Irene had already prepared everything for us and kindly allowed us to check in early. She even surprised us with a small souvenir, which was such a lovely touch. :) The kitchen is a little less equipped when it comes to cooking utensils, for example, there is no frying pan, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we only had breakfast at the apartment and didn’t really cook. We also really appreciated having a Nespresso coffee machine. The location is excellent. The bus stop for Kefalos and the airport is just a 3-minute walk away, the beach is around 10-15 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. Despite being so central, the area was quiet at night, so we slept really well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kos. Highly recommended! :)

+ The location was very accessible, the host and her mom were very hospitable and made our check-in and our overall stay a whole lot more comfortable. The parking was the only issue but you really can't blame the tenant for it it's just as a heads-up for anyone trying to book.
