Awful hotel

+ The view

− Lots of things. That was a very bad experience overall. Stayed there for 5 nights and we regretted that we paid it for so long, would be great to leave after 1 night. Rooms are much much worse than in the pictures. There was mold, dirty floor, we didn't had soap and even hot water for 2 days! Some of the stuff are rude guys (not all of them). Shower was broken, nodody did cleaning or changed sheets during all our stay. We had to ask to give us a new rubbish bag and toilet roll ourselves. The kitchen is Totally different from the photo (and the tearrace too). It is sooo dirty, chairs and tables are broken. I can't imagine how anybody can eat or cook there. Overall that was one of the worst hotel experiences that I had

− They need to re construct the washroom and clean the kitchen

− Never change the bedsheets, towels or clean at all during our stay of 5 days.

− No facilities tv not working no phone in the room water every where due the rain

Excellent

+ The property had a amazing view over the city, it was clean, had a elevator. The host had extremely great service, waited till 3:00 till I came and was just extremely kind

− You had to walk a fair bit up/down hill before you entered the city

Needs to provide more services

+ It was cozy like a little home

− No other services than the night stay

Awful experience, dnt book it , dirty place

+ The only plus of the place was location as I had flight and needed somewhere to stay for 6hours.

− The rest- bathroom, bedroom, entrance , court yard, dirty, full with trash and awful smell. Though their msg says info about smell, for sure it's not sulfate water smell, it's sawage and the room was full with flies and insects. The kettle was ruined, dirty and wasn't for use. The fridge was also very noisy as a broken machine. The room was missing hangers, linen for blankets , no noise proof walls , you could hear neighbours yelling, talking and not only till 01.30 , even if I contacted them by booking they did nthng ... The bathroom drain was having issues so after 2min shower it was flooded. All the bathroom handles, taps or shower head needed to be cleaned properly. WC seat also broken . The room was dumb and dark, lamps broken and half dark . I avverted on check out reception, he apologised that's all. I have no idea who manages the place but will be happy to contact owner and give advices as a property manager , you are loosing guests and you will continue to loose more. Btw asked for the refund and they refused.

This is terrible with a good view

− Basically everything else. The staff was unhelpful and rude when I checked out. I checked out because the A/C didn't work and there were fruit flies in my bathroom. They offered me another room, which reeked of mold and mildew.
