Fantastic location and friendly staff!
+ The hotel is located less than five minutes from the T1 tram line and the Grand Bazaar. All the major tourist sites can be reached easily via the tram or a short walk. The roof top terrace was a great place to enjoy the free breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
− The wifi signal faded in and out.

A very enjoyable stay, mainly thanks to the excellent location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
+ The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Throughout the entire stay, you could really feel their hospitality and genuine care for the guests. The location is excellent, close to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the tram, shops and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping.
− The first room did not meet my expectations, but the staff quickly offered me a better room. The second room was much better, although there were some minor issues with the air conditioning. The breakfast was adequate, but not a particular highlight of the hotel.

Love this place!
+ Our stay here was absolute perfection! From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. Karaman is the one we remember most! They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the doors. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and any request we had was handled immediately with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back!

+ A good hotel in the city centre, with a convenient location and a filling breakfast. We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a wonderful seaview.
− There is a kitchen in the room, but it is not really possible to cook, as there are no cooking facilities or utensils.
