This hotel when downhill after changes in management
+ I am so conflicted about what to write for this review. I stayed in this hotel 1.5 years ago and it was an amazing experience. You can go back and check my review where I say that this hotel is the best budget hotel in Patong. But since then the hotel changed management (i think). The new people are not bad, just indifferent. While the cleaning crew was great and props to them, everything else is kind of left on its own. The pool was not clean for 5-6 out of 30 days I stayed there. The TV was not working. and generally it felt that noone cared about this hotel. That said, the hotel was fine. As mentioned above, the cleaning crew was doing a great job daily.
− Here is were management becomes an issue again. The people that handle the hotel, don't care about the hotel. It feels like they just use the hotel to hang out with their friends. There were people shouting and partying next to the pool at 4:30am. There were children screaming next to pool from 8am until 8pm. I almost got in a fight one night because I complained to the people that where screaming and diving in the pool at 5am. Action from the hotel? Noone cared to do anything. They just let everything happen. We ended up being very happy when there was heavy raining at night, because we knew that we would be able to sleep without problems. And don't get me wrong, I know Patong is a party place. I am not asking for people to be quiet at 10pm. But 4am? Generally the hotel is good but the management is lucklaster at best.

+ Excellent service and hospitality. You can place an order food in here. Also so many coffee shop and food options like 1 minute walking distance. Close to Banzaan fresh market and mall. Pool was clean. People are kind who works there. Try to get pool access level.
