+ Beautiful room, with a desk and AC which is always appreciated. The owner is lovely. Bathroom was clean. Location was great too, walking distance to the train station

Overall if you’re staying for a few days and only use the room to sleep in it, it’s a nice and affordable place.
+ The property is close to the Central Station which makes using public transport very easy. The place is clean and has the necessary things you might need during your stay. The owner is kind and helpful.
− I stayed in the room next to the shared kitchen. It is written in the kitchen that it shouldn’t be used between 22:00-8:00 but the people staying in the room above me did not respect that and often cooked at night. The floor upstairs is also very creaky and it made sleeping a bit hard sometimes.

+ Communication was excellent. Staff sent wjatsapp message before arrival with instructions. But even without instructions it's easy to find and enter. Great location. Very quiet. The room is excellent, light, and everything is very clean. They spend a lot of time making this a 5star accommodation. It's great. For 2 people this is a very good price. I'd definitely come back here. I've visited Tbilisi many times but this place is my favorite so far.

+ The host is a lovely lady. She is very nice and friendly. The room was worth for the money. She also kept my luggage in her own home for a few hours. Plus, they only accept cash( Georgian Lari) which was fine to me :)
− My room was on the ground floor, and unfortunately my neigbour upstairs was very noisy. Also although the host has put a sign in the kitchen that using the kitchen is allowed from 8 am only, the neighbbour started cooking and making noise from 7 am which was super annoying. The kitchen is right next to my room and it is impossible to ignore the noise nothing wrong with the host or the building though.
