+ Bardzo dobry kontakt. Przyjechałem przed północą i klucze czekały, kod do drzwi zadziałał. Świetne łóżko. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobrze działająca łazienka.

− Głośno. Zarówno z ulicy, jak i wnętrza - wchodzący i wychodzący w nocy goście, budzili bezbłędnie co pewien czas.

Good location and value.

+ Great location just off the main drag. Also close to train station, ferry and major bus hub. Room is comfortable, quiet and everything works. Staff were very helpful.

Exvellent potential, but there are still things to be done.

+ The surrounding neighborhood was excellent. Abundant market, nice restaurants, bars and lokantas full of life. The staff was very polite and friendly, english-speaking and francophone. The matresses were also very comfortable, the living room sofa was collosal and the air conditioning system excellent.

− The hotel is something between a hotel and an aribnb flat. There is no reception except for the staff at the shery cafe, which closes after the evening. So, when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, there was nobody to refer to and the room phone had no plug to be connected to reach the... receptionist (Thank God it was someone who lit a cigerette.) There were no hooks at all all over the place, not even at the bathroom, so it was tricky with the wet towels. No trash bin and neither a mirror for 4 persosns except for the standard one at the barthroom, so 3 women had to queue outside the toilet to get ready.

This place will become one of them places that is fully booked all the time, because it’s great value

+ Very welcoming staff and I can be hard to accommodate! I took over a corner of their restaurant most days for about 4hrs to work and no complaints. Just a great bunch, good team, exceptionally great value food in the restaurant considering the huge rising costs of eating out now in Istanbul compared to five years ago. Rooms are great to be fair, no moaning from me. We live in hotels and Airbnbs and this was ample enough while in a large city like Istanbul.

− During our 6-day stay, our room was never cleaned. We also found a cockroach in the room. The sink is leaking, there are exposed electrical wires coming out of the wall, and there is a missing power outlet. This is unacceptable and very disappointing.

It's ok, not luxury hotel

+ Location is great. Also the stuff allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours.

− The bathroom wasn't clean, the glass doors had many old drops. Also, water was running from the tap in the shower stall and draining poorly.
