Novotel is a great hotel in all aspects except for one person!
+ The breakfast was excellent a wide variety of food. The restaurant's staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. The location is excellent close to many restaurants and shopping centers The beach is private and very close. One of the best receptionists was Mrs. Bushra who I unfortunately saw her at check out. She was very professional and great listener to our concerns.
− I didn't like that to clean up the room and take the trash out was on demand, we had to call the reception to have the housekeeping clean up our room. Mr. Cayhoun the receptionist was very rude I greeted him and he didn't answer, I waited for him to look at me and he didn't, he was busy looking at his monitor and ignored me. I just left because I didn't want to allow him to ruin my vacation. The beach needed to be clean. The loud noise that comes from a nearby restaurant on the weekend was very loud even when we close the widows.

+ The customer service was not upto par. Had to call multiple times for a few things to the reception and they never came. Location was great. Overall good hotel and facilities
