Convenient
+ In every city I travel for work I used Novotel. The place is convenient, the service is good and staff is helpful professional.
− My room internet did not work at all during my stay at the hotel. I need it as I was visiting for work, so having a lack of this service was a really set back.

Excellent
+ Very clean, modern and close to the airport. We stayed in a well-equipped family suite. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and professional
− Service was not good. We ordered in-room dining for our children and the order came missing main items. By the time the full order came after three tries, it had been more than an hour and a half. Not convenient with kids. Also delays in housekeeping service to setup the sofa bed, we had to call twice to get someone to come.
