+ We arrived earlier in the morning way before check in, tired from long flights and jetleg, but the staff were really helpful, managed to get our rooms before 11am. A big thank you to the team, Anya, Nina and Dream at the reception for helping out. Overall, good service, super friendly staff at the restaurant, rooftop bar, perfect location for the business trip.

Unbeatable Location: We experienced rain throughout our entire trip, but because of the hotel's incredible location connected to the Platinum Fashion Mall and close to other major shopping areas, getting around easily despite the weather was a breeze.

+ I love that it’s right next to all the activities…CentralWorld mall and Platinum Mall. Everything is walking distance. Their breakfast is great and Spa is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful..
− The only thing would be the TV was small and low quality. A suggestion would be to also include app options to view my own Netflix account on smart TV since casting or screen mirroring didn’t work for me.
