It was good enough, but not great.

+ Location and the price were quite good, bathroom was difficult as very small meant the door has to be opened in a sequence, no bedside table but room very small anyway.

− Swimming pool was an extra which was not made clear on ordering, outside appearance was shabby with lots of used tyres at the front, it is a sort of shared hotel with different receptions, Nova was a little room. Reception at main hotel couldn't tell me where the bus station was I needed for coach to Tblisi.

A terrible experience from start to finish

+ One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I Have Ever Had — Nowhere Near 5-Star Standard I genuinely struggle to understand how this property has been classified as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com. Based on my experience, it was nowhere close to a 5-star property — in fact, parts of the experience were not even at the standard I would expect from a 3-star hotel. I booked four rooms for an 8-night stay, and unfortunately, this hotel significantly affected what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation for my group. I chose this property based largely on its Booking.com rating and trusted that rating when making the booking. Looking back, I feel completely let down. Breakfast — Not Even Close to 3-Star Standard The breakfast was extremely disappointing. For a property advertised as 5-star, the breakfast was nowhere near the standard you would expect from a decent 3-star hotel, let alone a 5-star one. The quality, selection and overall service were simply not acceptable for the price and classification of this property. Housekeeping — Absolutely Unacceptable The housekeeping service was one of the worst aspects of the stay. During our 8-night stay, the bedding was never changed. The room service and general housekeeping were extremely poor, and there was apparently no housekeeping service after 5:00 PM. Even something as basic as requesting an extra toilet roll resulted in a flat-out “NO.” I have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and I have never experienced such an unreasonable attitude over such a basic request. The towels were also of extremely poor quality — more in line with what I would expect from a 1-star budget hotel than a property claiming to be 5-star. Lifts — Completely Ridiculous The lift service was a joke. There are only two lifts, and it could take up to 20 minutes just to reach your floor. For a hotel operating at this level and presumably accommodating a significant number of guests, this is simply unacceptable. Waiting that long for a lift repeate

− The room size at least for me was good. the room given to my father was tiny!! Nothing. just nothing

A hotel with 2 stars, not 5 stars.

+ There was no service, they did not even leave water and coffee in the room,

− I think they gave me the most incomplete room because I went to other rooms and they had capsule coffee machines, the terrace window was broken and it was possible to fall, the bathroom plumbing was awful and after the bath water would collect.

Pleasant

+ მდებარეობა ნუ ნორმალურია ახალი ბულვარია და სამომავლოდ კიდე უკეთესი იქნება, ვითარდება, მოლთან ახლოსაა. გარემო კარგია, სასტუმროს დიზაინი კაია, სტაფი კაია.

− დასუფთავების სერვისი არ ვარგოდა. ერთხელ საერთოდაც დაავიწყდათ დასუფთავება.. პირსახოცების გამოცვლა და მსგავსი დეტალები შესახსენებელია სულ, იატაკს არ წმენდნენ ამ დასუფთავებაში. მიზეზად გვითხრეს რომ ბევრი სტუმარი ჰყავთ :)

My experience was mid at best

+ Good location and facilities

− Housekeeping and general maintenance were very disappointing. During my entire stay, my bedsheets were never changed and the room was never properly cleaned. The only housekeeping service provided was changing the towels and replacing the bin liners.

− wifi is a bit slower

+ rooms are clean and comfortable

− i couldn’t sleep. because the alarm went off three times in one night!

Worth to budget

+ Our first time at Batumi. It was price/performance hotel, there is hair dryer, towel, shampoo etc., balcony, refrigerator, kettle (we didn’t use it) and filtre coffee machine in the room. We bought some fruits and use refrigerators, you can smoke cigarettes at balcony. After my check out I asked if they accept pet, in some cases they accept it. Next time I can stay here if I need to visit Batumi again.

Poor

− The real problem was the annoying and extremely loud music from the pool area and restaurant, which played all day and until midnight. It made it impossible to sleep or even relax in the apartment.

Pleasant

+ It’s clean, they do cleaning every day - that’s all about good things. Location is bad, it is too far from old town and because of the traffic jam it takes 30 minutes by taxi. You have to pay for swimming pool and gym extra 50 lari every day
