Happy overall
+ The staff were very lovely, polite and friendly. The place was very clean, no humidity smell. The bathroom was proper size and the shower was spacious, good quality materials, and very clean. The location was amazing, close to almost all landmarks in the city centre at walking distance. Also about the slight unhappiness we had about the room, they tried to make up for it through offering some privileges for the current and future stays. The breakfast was good, not very diverse though. Enough facilities inside the room.
− The main downpoint was the bed: I booked a double room and requested a double bed and the approved it in advance; however, the mattresses were two single mattresses put next to each other, which made the bed very uncomfy with a big valley in the middle. I informed the manager about the discomfort and they said nothing can be done about it. It was disappointing tbh. However, they offered other bonuses to make up for the inconvenience and I appreciate it, although it couldn't make up for the uncomfy overnight stay. Plus, the room was not noise-isolated at all, and with the narrow compact corridors, it was noisy overnight. Also the room was not light proof, there was a strong light coming from outside below the door, which was just facing the bed and irritated eyes over night. The room was a bit small, I expected it to be more spacious; yet it was enough.

Exceptional
+ Great staff! Very good location.
− A suggestion to give better guidance on how to find hotel parking. From which street you have to enter, which ramp to get to, etc. Because Google navigation leads to the wrong entrance.

Excellent
+ I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. It is a little small, but if you are traveling alone, it’s absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great - right in the city center. There is a busy road nearby, but surprisingly, the room was quiet and I hardly heard any noise from outside.
