Pleasant
+ Clean place to stay in Bangkok and room is good value for money. There is lots nearby and easy to get to the BTS station.
− The staff took our air con remote off us as we had set the air on to 16 degrees which they said was too low however there were no signs in the room or on the remote only in the hallway which we did not notice. If they would have just told us to not set the air con so low would have been fine but the fact they just took the remote from our room it felt like we were in school. When really we are paying customers. This made the experience hostile.

Very Good
+ Surprisingly lovely room for small Guest House. Excellent facilities and comfort inside room. Great value off Soi 4.
− No elevator so I had to schlep big bag up 2 flights of stairs. I'm not a spring chicken anyone. Owners have 2 NKs on either side of sou 4 alleys. Was difficult to find without sim or wifi on street.

Great day, accommodations, and value. Location could be better.
+ The room was spacious, comfortable beds, natural light, spacious bathroom, and waters were provided daily and housekeeping upon request.
− The nana part of town is mostly for those who are looking to pay to have a good time in the room if you know what I mean

Not worth for paid. Staffs are not friendly.
+ Good location
− Most rooms have no window. Room C4 has a window. A big air conditioner outdoor unit made noises.
