Exceptional
+ My favorite things about the apartment were its location on Nizami Street and how clean it was. If you’re looking for a place within your budget and want to stay on Nizami Street, I definitely recommend this apartment.

A scam. Absolutely horrible. No compensation received. Vacation ruined .
+ The apartment we were forever to accept was horribel and dirty, but at a good locatiin close to the city center.
− Well, we had booked one apartment and were presenter with a completely different ne that nobody had lived in for years. It was so dirty and a lot of desperate solutions. Only one outlet had hot water. It was an ad hoc shower in the middle of the bathroom, separate from the dirty and non functional shower cabin. All in all it was a joke and a scam. We do not think that the apartment we booked on Nizami street 75 with the beautiful pictures and view does exist. It was as all an intricate scam and we could not do anything about it . We arrived at 4 am and had been coerced into taking their driving service from the airport .they took us to a different adress and totally different apartment, much livery standard. Disgusting. They forced us to go to a ATM and get cash,. As soon as we had played they cancelled us on booking, claiming that we never showed up!! Don’t EVER book this place! It does not exist. When I complained, the contact person wrote back: who are you? Don’t contact me again! We have not been compensated in any way, not form the owner, neither from booking. It makes you loose faith in the human race when people behave like this .
