خیلی خوش گذشت، هتل خوبی بود.

کارکنان شیفت عصر پذیرش هتل فوق‌العاده بودند. بسیار خوش‌برخورد و کمک‌حال. خسته نباشید!

− صبح‌ها بین ساعت ۹ تا ۱۲، یکی از کارکنان با صدای بلند از سمت پذیرش صحبت می‌کند که باعث سلب آسایش و بدخوابی می‌شود؛ به‌ویژه برای کسانی که بیش از یک روز اقامت دارند و می‌خواهند بدون مزاحمت در اتاقشان استراحت کنند.

مقرون‌به‌صرفه با کارکنانی خوش‌برخورد.
+ جای دنج و آرامی است که کمی از مرکز شهر و شلوغی‌ها فاصله دارد. دسترسی به وسایل نقلیه و رستوران‌ها هم در نزدیکی آن عالی است.

Lovely clean, quiet hotel with excellent price/quality ratio
+ هتلی دوست‌داشتنی، تمیز و آرام با نسبت قیمت به کیفیت عالی. اتاق‌ها پر زرق و برق نیستند اما راحت‌اند و هر روز به‌طور کامل نظافت می‌شوند. یک فروشگاه مواد غذایی درست در کنار هتل قرار دارد و چندین رستوران هم در نزدیکی آن است.

Worst hotel experience in Thailand.
+ The only thing good about this place was the furniture, bed and bathroom were relatively clean. Some of the staff were friendly too but not the owner.
− My stay at this hotel was diabolical in every way possible. The owners greeting was hostile and threatening over a 1000 baht deposit that was not mentioned in the booking or emails after the booking that was double the value of the one night I was staying. The curtains in the room barely cover the window that is facing numerous other flats so privacy is compromised. The worst thing about the room that was unacceptable; there was a locked door in the room that connected to another room that had many people in it and I could here everything they said or did making the stay super uncomfortable as they too would be able to hear my every movement and word too. Privacy was non existent and it’s unacceptable as this should have been made clear in the advertisement that the room was basically shared. To top off my horrendous stay I had over 8 power cuts in my one night stay with a couple of them lasting over an hour meaning I had to go down to reception twice in the middle of the night. I was offered no compensation or apology by the anngry owner for this. I would not stay here again if you paid me.
