+ I didn't like anything about this flat!

− The room is very small, and it's not suitable for stay, even a night. As soon as I entered the building, I was met with a foul odor, and there was absolutely no ventilation. The bathroom was very dirty. The garden they mentioned in app is the common area in front of the building.

− It should not be offered on the booking platform at all! What a shame! scamming dirty old rooms hostel . I had to ask for cleaning after two days transit trip was so tired but had to ask the mop to wash the floor by myself from the urine (they allow animals walking around free to neighbour rooms and so as it is underground floor the street animals coming in through the opened windows) Disgusting smell all over the place, mattresses are brown though originally white , stinking . Unfortunately the person managing this object didn’t do anything to offer us a better more clean place instead of that horrible 12 m2 stinky room with 3 terrible old beds for 2 adults and a child. I do not want even to keep those days in memory

Второй раз я б там не остановился, лучше доплатить 10 евро за что-то получше.

+ Сама комнатка в принципе норм, типичная для хостела. Квадратов 5, двуспальная кровать и шкаф.

− Общий санузел был довольно плох. Вечно там сыро, было страшно цепануть грибок. Если будете там заселяться, обязательно берите тапочки вьетнамки, чтобы не контактировать с полом в душевой. Ещё и вода почему-то то горячая, то холодная идёт.

− Забронировали в Booking. По прибытии, хозяин не отвечал на звонки,телефон был вне доступа сети, жильё нам никто не предоставил, другой житель указал на то, что мы не первые , кто столкнулся с данной проблемой.

+ The location is good: central and safe

− Impossible to find the hostel: there's no explanation about the actual location on the booking site; only the address. Why not at least indicate that the entrance is from the yard, first floor, on the right etc? I had to call using roaming; connect through wifi group, wait, connect again etc - it took about 30 min before they sent me a video showing the yard, which we had to follow like a quiz - matching the details on the video with the real situation. What if it was a night time? Since it's a residential building, it's impossible to recognize the hostel from the outside - no sign, no poster - nothing. Perhaps. it's not allowed but then the description should've clearly VERBALLY stated how to get inside. In fact, it's not difficult - just a couple sentences. not to mislead guests

+ Номер чистый, пахнет хорошо в номере, постель белоснежная, персонал приветливый, вид из окна был шикарный. Мне все понравилось, обязательно приеду еще.

Очень понравился номер чистый , уютный. Удобная кровать, сотрудники просто чудо, отзывчивые.

+ обрадовала местность, в которой находился отель, номер достаточно просторный, мы с женой любим отдохнуть, здесь у нас это получилось 👍

+ Хорошее впечатление осталось с самого момента приезда. На ресепшене приняли вежливо, оформили быстро, долго ждать не пришлось. В номере чисто, постель свежая, всё необходимое находится на своих местах. Отдельно отмечу ванную ухоженная, чистая, пользоваться приятно, горячая вода была без проблем. Расположение удобное поблизости транспорт, магазины и другие нужные места. Для проживания отличный вариант.
