+ I had a late check in as well late check out, hotel manager Mr Sadiq was very comprehensive even he he was waiting for us till 03;00 AM, late check out was at 15:00 without any extra fees. Shutlle van airport-hotel provided for free. Provide two very spacious rooms, two showers and 4 beds. Response provided in no time I had a leak @23:00 and fixed in no time. Breakfast late till 11:00 on request a very polite cook it a live. The lift from ground floor was amazing for city Townn hotel. Beds, beds aheets, pillows & towels clean. The hotel neighborhood was quite and close to everything in. Baku. Even they provided a room fridge for kids food. At this hotel you feel at home and everybody taking care about you. The hotel close to best restaurants such as Araz Terace. for quick fast food KFC is at 3 minutes walk.

− Don't expect a big barnd hotel room but whatever needed for a trip is there.

Simply, I will come again and use this facility again.

Amazing Staff in a Perfect Location!

+ The hotel is in a great location, extremely close to the Fountains Square and the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. The room was flawless—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

+ Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением! Находится в самом сердце Старого города, при этом до набережной и моря всего 3–5 минут пешком. Вокруг множество уютных кафе и ресторанов, поэтому гулять и знакомиться с городом очень удобно. Номер очень чистый, со свежим ремонтом, всё аккуратно и комфортно. Отдельно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать его другим!

+ Расположение огонь. Все самые важные достопримечательности в трех шагах. Отель маленький, уютный. Шумно в центре, но преимущества перевешивают.

+ The location was perfect, many tourist attraction are on walking distance. I would also like to thank all staff memebers for their kindlness, super positivity and friendliness. Special thank you for Pasha for going out of his way to help us with the tour arrangments and for making us delicious breakfast. You all treated us like how every guest wants to be treated. For that, we thank you all🙏🏽

+ Perfect location. Amazing value for money. And the staff is so so welcoming and helpful. I wish the big hotels could learn from boutique hotels like these.

+ Our stay here was excellent. The rooms, lobby, and bathrooms were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. We spent four days here without a single issue. The location is perfect, right next to Nizami Street, making it easy to get around. The reception team was outstanding. Communication was smooth as they spoke English clearly, which was a huge advantage compared to my previous hotel experience in Baku. Overall, a clean hotel with incredibly helpful staff.
