I stayed there only because I had already paid the full amount and didn’t have the additional money to book another hote
− Once guests check in and the payment is made, it feels like the hotel stops caring about the service. During my 5-day stay, there was no proper room cleaning, no change of bedsheets, and even basic items like tea bags were not replenished. There was also a serious issue with water not draining in the bathroom. The hotel failed to fix it for two days, and only after I requested a room change did they finally address the issue. Unfortunately, this cost me valuable time and I missed spending time in the F1 Fan Zone meeting drivers on that day. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There were very limited options, and most of the time, even basic items like jam and other breakfast essentials were unavailable. The only thing I could reliably eat was bread. Overall, this was my worst hotel stay ever and the most disappointing part of my Baku trip to watch Formula 1. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.
