Fair for the money we paid
+ Nice clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good AC.
− Walls are very thin, we heard the neighbours at night. We weren’t informed about breakfast and beach. Workers on reception are not very welcoming. Workers in the cafe are always missing. We paid for breakfast separately. Food wasn’t very nice.

A gem amongs giants
+ This small hotel has been lovingly restored and equipped with tasteful curated natural materials all around. The large balcony is a fab outdoor space and there are many mature trees in the small but cozy courtyard. All of the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. It is about 100 meter to the promenade and the beach.
− It's located in a densely build-up area exclusively geared towards tourism. Great if you're looking for that summery beach holiday. However, the tourist season starts 1april (we were told) and many hotels, shops and restaurants were closed (or in the process of being upgraded, think building site) Not such a good time to be here. As many facilities offered by the hotel in its listing rely on access to other hotels, these were also not easily accessible because of the time of year.

Value stay
+ It was new, staff were friendly and ready to help. Room was modern and WIFI was fast.
− There is no lift and we stayed at the highest floor. There is no dedicated parking so just park nearby on the streets.

Great location and value for money.
+ Great location, but with that comes the noise from the bars at night. Great, helpful and friendly staff.
− Rooms are pretty basic, no soundproofing at all!

+ Very nice healthy and tastey breakfast. Some domestic specialties. Good time, since 8.30 til 12:00.
