LOVE OUR STAY IN NASMA HOMES

+ We had a really nice and comfortable 4-day stay at Nasma Homes. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to make our trip convenient and relaxing. Mr. Rahmat was also very accommodating and made sure to cater to our needs and requests during our stay. The location was convenient for us, especially since we had events and activities around Abu Dhabi. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

− The only challenge we had was with the parking situation, as we had two cars. Other than that, everything was great. We would definitely consider booking Nasma Homes again the next time we have an event in Abu Dhabi. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!

− Restrictions on noise, walls are not sound-proofed.

Overall a good stay. A bit pricey though.

+ Room was clean. Kichen had a stove and enough utensils. There was refrigerator, washing machine & good airconditioner. Adcoop supermarket was at a walking distance of 400 mtrs and you could buy most things there. Staff was very helpful.

− Room was not as big as advertised. Room was advertised as 40sqmt, but it is not more than 30sqmt including kitchenette and bathroom. Water is burning hot in bathroom during summer and there is no cooling system. We managed using a bucket provided by hotel staff filling up and keeping it for 3-4 hours to cool down.

It was fun and excellent stay.

+ The price of the 3-bedroom is really worth it. The bedrooms are really huge. beds are super comfy. the AC is working excellent, it was very cold the whole time. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities, there are lots of pots, plates, glass and bowls however only few spoons (2-3 pcs) are present so need to bring extra spoons and fork. All the appliances are working well. the wi-fi is very fast, and the TV is so huge its like 100 inches we estimate. Aside from that, each bedroom also has its own huge TV. The pool is not too deep, its only around waist level. Safe for your kids. There is BBQ area which is so cool.

− The washroom flush can be fixed it takes time to load the water, and some of the bathroom lights are flickering. The towels are very small, however there are also big towels provided but not enough for the number of persons declared during booking.But those can be forgive, however, the main disappointment was the construction next to it. They started drilling at 6:40 AM which disturbed our sleep.
