Very Good
+ The stuff was amazing, polite and attentive. Rooms and the hotel are clean, and the beds are comfy. The breakfast could be better, but overall the experience was nice.
− The walls are thin, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Pillows could be better.

Nice hotel near city centre
+ Hotel is on walkable distance to city centre and to bazars. Every member of the staff is so nice and so helpful. Bed is so cozy and we slept there so well.
− I personaly would add some diversity to breakfast and i think that bathroom need deep cleaning precisely shower because there are some mold on walls. But everything else was realy clean and everyday we got clean towels and toilet paper

Great experience
+ The staff were very helpful and friendly. Response is very fast and to the best of my satisfaction. Dowlet, Sinan, and Murad are wonderful and do not hesitate to ask them of anything. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious. Plenty of varieties every morning from 7am to 10am. The location is in the middle of everything and very convenience. The cleaning staff are also wonderful. I spent 7 good night in August where it was so busy in Istanbul but I enjoyed it in regard to the attraction and the hotel. The area is safe and close to the tramway and the metro station. I recommend Nanda hotel.
