Spacious Apartment in good location

+ I had a wonderful stay at Nana’s Dorsett Residence KL with my family. The location is excellent, and the property is within walking distance of shopping malls, local eateries, the monorail, and other amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor, which was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, water purifier, cupboards/drawers, ironing board, microwave, kettle, fridge, small clothes rack all worked very well. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 30th floor of the building. The wait time for the lifts was less than 5 minutes depending on the time of day. The instructions provided before our arrival regarding key collection, Wi-Fi details, garbage disposal and other important information were clear and helpful. Since the time of the booking and during our stay, any queries or requests for towels, cleaning, were answered promptly through WhatsApp. At the time of booking, we had requested for an extra key which was provided. The 24-hour building security is excellent. The security staff were always helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and very comfortable stay

− There is construction going on next to the Dorsett residence building so you can hear some noise in the mornings, which was understandable & bearable. We were more annoyed with people banging doors and dragging furniture late at night from the upper floors. I understand that this is not something the Dorsett Residence management can really control and is more a matter of guests being considerate of others staying in the building.

+ Living room was very comfortable for a small group gathering in the house.

− Rooms feel a little dated and squeeze with the extra mattress laid out. But it's ok, no big deal for a nighter or 2.

+ Easy check in and check out. Clean and staff were very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

+ Location was good, walkable to malls and public transport. Accommodation was in good condition. Convection oven, fridge and water purifying system in the kitchen, dining table, sofa, double bed, iron with ironing board were all helpful.

− Convection oven was hard to use, with no manual provided, same with washer dryer which had its own mind, there was no toaster. Due to lack of instructions we had unknowingly used the water purifier wrongly and were in fact drinking straight out of tap. Bedside lamps with two bedside tables would have been good.

This hotel has everything and more

+ Everything was fabulous. The facilities in the room were perfect

− My only issue was that the television didn't work , but I'm confident that, if I had made that known, then it could have been resolved

+ مکان مناسب جداً وقریب من الاسواق، من محطه المترو ویوجد سوبرمارکت صغیر بالاسفل. مناسب للعوایل العربیه، یوجد 4 مصاعد. الحراس موجودین طوال الوقت. الغرفه فیها حمام وشاور منفصلین، یوجد فرن کهربایی وکل الاساسیات. سکنت فیه مرتین خلال رحلتی. الاسعار معقوله نوعاً ما مقارنه بحجم الاستودیو

− صوت السیارات لیلاً یصل للغرفه، ولکن مش مزعج بشکل کبیر.

+ Everything was very good started from the security staff until the management.. room very cleen and location of the hotel. I will stay again when im going Kuala Lumpur. Hope to be more offer given by theme.

− Chakin very late 3pm should to be thinking about that and chak out also.

Great location for a good price.

+ Location was excellent, space and view was good. The rooms had what we needed to stay as a family group.

− Looking a little tired and in need of a refresh in decor. Toilets smelled first thing in the morning.
