− The Private access to the beach that we booked was closed, we could walk to the beach, but its closed till the next summer. Very disappointing :(

The place to stay in Batumi :) ...

+ Very nice, clean and modern large apartment inside a newly built aparthotel complex. Nicely and functionally decorated, with everything you might need for your stay, including a well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Friendly and communicative staff. Good localization with easy access from the main road, a little away from the city noise and chaos, yet within a couple of minutes drive from the center and old historic part of Batumi. Free parking in the underground garage. Good price to quality ratio. Would stay there again in the future.

+ Very poor breakfast and not a lot of choices

− The location is very noisy do to a busy street and the commercial train that pass by every 2 hours .

+ Beautiful modern design and great comfort! Mziuri Apartment Gardens offers fantastic comfort and a beautiful, modern design that makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of good options. If you rent a car, the location is ideal, making it a relatively quick and easy drive to explore all the major sightseeing spots in the area. Just be aware that there is some railroad noise due to the tracks nearby, which is good to keep in mind if you are sensitive to sound. Aside from that, it’s a wonderful place to stay in Batumi!

+ I liked that it’s quiet, the pool is clean, and the apartments are comfortable.

− I didn't like the fact that renovations were going on in all the buildings, causing a lot of noise; I even switched apartments, but in the new one—in a different building—renovations were taking place as well.

+ We stayed on a high floor and had an excellent view. The apartment was comfortable, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a large balcony, which was definitely the highlight. Although there’s a beach right in front, just across the road, there are better beaches within a 5–15 minute drive, including Mtsvane Kontskhi, Chakvi, and Buknari. Apart from Batumi, one of the best nearby options to eat is Botanico Café, just a short drive away.

− Although the facility is brand new, some things already felt quite fragile, as if they might fall apart soon. Most importantly, the quality of the bed sheets was extremely poor, pillows and mattress with also low quality. This significantly affected the overall comfort of our stay. In terms of service, don’t expect quick or reliable assistance.

+ Had the one bedroom apartment for three guests. Clean and well furnished apartment, although there was no pull out sofa bed, just a normal sofa for third guest. The breakfast is nice, beach is accessible although city is about a 20 min taxi ride away. Very comfortable place, staff was also nice.
